Saving the Rugby Lions from financial ruin

The Rugby Lions are one of the oldest rugby clubs in the world, but its history meant little as it came perilously close to going out of business. Its saviour came in the unlikely form of Telecom Infrastructure Partners which helped put the club on a sounder financial footing.

Case Study Crew created a video case study for Telecom IP. On the surface, Telecom IP’s offer seems straightforward, they buy telecommunications antenna rental contracts, giving the previous contract holder a lump sum. But for the Rugby Lions this was the difference between life and death.

Rather than receive a small sum each year which was quickly eaten up by day-to-day costs. The lump sum allowed them to invest in the club’s facilities which would then be able to generate revenue independently and increase the its role within the community.

Our videographer talked with club chairman Mal Malik about this story. It’s a great demonstration of the emotional power of video to demonstrate what your company can do for clients. We hope you enjoy watching in.
