Having three people to help with a case study really works well and often, that means three interviews.

Asked by software company TeamPoint to tell the customer success story of Churchill Integrated Services, we decided at the last minute to interview everyone tiogether.

This presented some tricky technical issues, mainly around the audio, but the results justified the effort.
